WOCP RESET

WHAT THE 6 WEEKS INCLUDE:

1. Initial Alignment & Athlete Snapshot

We begin with a short alignment conversation to understand the athlete’s experience, challenges, and goals.

You receive:

✔ A clear Athlete Snapshot
✔ Identified focus priorities for the Reset

This gives immediate clarity for both the athlete and the family.


2. Weekly Mindset & Decision-Making Sessions

Each week focuses on building the mental side of performance, including:

  • Confidence rebuilding

  • Decision-making under pressure

  • Emotional regulation

  • Game awareness

  • Role clarity and communication

These sessions help athletes slow the game down mentally so they can perform more freely.


3. Targeted Skill Focus

Based on the initial snapshot, athletes receive a focused skill priority to work on during the Reset.

The goal is not to overwhelm with volume.

It is to sharpen a few key areas that unlock confidence and performance.

4. Weekly Progress Check-Ins

Short check-ins ensure:

  • The athlete understands the work

  • Adjustments are made when needed

  • Momentum stays consistent

Parents remain informed throughout the process.


5. Final 6-Week Development Summary

At the end of the Reset, families receive:
